Well, the heavy lifting has been done, boxes unpacked and files put away. The long-awaited move to our new office space is complete! Now we just need to decide where to hang the pictures and wait for our new outdoor signage to be attached. As they say, it’s a work in progress.
We started looking back in July of 2019 and shortly after found out that Buttercups Children’s Clothing was moving in the fall to another location. Upon viewing the empty storefront, the staff at Greenfeld Financial decided it was the perfect location as it had more square footage, better parking and ground floor access making the spot ideal for our clients. The Buttercups signage will remain until our new sign is installed at the end of January.
After choosing the wall paint, hardwood floor, signage, interior doors and furniture, weekly visits with the contractor ensured things were moving along as planned. Although it happened quickly, our move to 4877 Delta Street went smoothly.
We would like to thank Chad Jerrett from JR Direct for his assistance with setting up our VOIP telephone systems and other IT projects. Thanks also to Nathan Berry and his crew from Westwind Finishing for the tenant improvements and construction, Tina Thygesen from the Century Group for expediting the lease approval and finally Gail and Hali, the on-site property managers from the Century Group for getting us access as needed. Many thanks also to the tenants beside us for their patience during the renovation; it is much appreciated!
We invite all our clients to attend our Open House on February 19th from 3 pm to 7 pm. We will have refreshments, appetizers and door prizes. Hope to see you all there!
Lastly, just in case you did not realize, I am actually pretty good with a screwdriver…
